You know sometimes we use some words when we talk, and we are thinking at the same time? You know those words or phrases that we use when we talk to fill pauses or gaps in our conversation, which add absolutely no significant meaning or value to what we are talking about, but we use them anyway.  Words like “um,” “uh,” “like,” “you know,” “basically,” “actually,” “literally,” and “so.”.

Well, descript can take all that out of your recording for you, and make your finished product sound flawless. All you have to do is to highlight one of those pesky little words within the transcript. Then right-click and “Delete all”. This will automatically delete that “um” or “uh” and any other distracting word without you having to find and delete them all manually.
